Hello! Welcome to the Walsh Academy Kitchen. My name is Zachary Greer, and I am proud and honored to be serving clean, creative and fresh meals to the Walsh Academy community along with my team, Guadalupe Gonzalez, Elizabeth Stanton, and Walsh Academy Students. I have worked as a chef providing food for professional athletes and have a background in managing and consulting multiple food service operations.
Our mission at Walsh Academy is to give our students the opportunity to explore their passion for cooking and provide a space to explore creativity within the kitchen. We welcome students to create menus, prepare meals and learn the operations of a functioning kitchen. Students have the chance to engage in hands-on learning and participate in the collaborative experience of cooking and maintaining a kitchen.
